Shipping policy

BUSINESS HOURS: Monday- Friday between 10 a.m. & 5 p.m. EST. We do not operate or ship on the weekends or holidays. Please allow 24-48 hours for a response to your email inquiry.

PROCESSING TIME: Please allow 2-5 business days for processing your online order.

SHIPPING: Estimated shipping time in the USA is  7-10 business days after your order has been processed.

ORDER TRACKING: Please allow 24-48 hours to update your tracking information following order placement. 

LOST/MISSING: Keys to Your Crown is not responsible for lost or any stolen shipments. Once the item has been marked "delivered" by the carrier, please work with your carrier for all issues related to lost or stolen packages. For future orders, please work with your carrier to hold your shipment to prevent it from being lost or stolen.

WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS: Please ensure your address chosen at checkout is correct. We are not responsible for items shipping to the wrong address. In the event the order was returned due to an incorrect shipping address, the customer will be responsible for all shipping and handling fees associated with shipping the product back out to the correct address provided by the customer.
